  Update : 10/16. Lowered my rating after waiting for 30 minutes at the carry out desk, watching my food get cold, because their system was down. I understand technical issues arise, but how you handle it says alot about how you care for your customers. Not one employee (of the 6 or so that hovered around like lost children, notably not a manager) spoke to the 6 or 7 customers waiting to bring their rapidly cooling food home. After 2 customers left without food, the bartender finally decided to just give some people their food and say sorry, but not all of us. Apparently this bertuccis is more concerned about collecting the profits on 6 orders than keeping happy customers and retaining future business from the 6 customers waiting to leave with their long-since-ready food (and have to dispose of the food people left and walked out without being able to take). Horrible service, horrible attitudes, won't be eating here again.
  
  Past reviews:. Food is ok, a bit pricey but not unreasonable. Basic chain Italian dishes. Pizza is very good. ASK TO NOT BE SEATED IN THE BACK ROOM: exceedingly loud, can't even hold a conversation with the person across/beside you.
